Carl Harper is the Vice President of Harper Technologies, L.L.C., a company he proudly co-founded at just 13 years old with his brother Abe. Often referred to as the “quiet genius” by his colleagues, Carl’s entrepreneurial journey began in grade school with small business ventures that instilled in him an appreciation for perseverance and innovation.

Today, Carl channels his passion for creativity and problem-solving into driving innovation and excellence at Harper Technologies. As Vice President, he oversees both in-house and field operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical services to clients. Carl thrives on tackling new challenges daily and developing innovative solutions that contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Carl is deeply committed to his community. He is actively involved in organizations such as Hope for All Gulf Coast and the Eastern Shore Art Center, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact. In his free time, Carl enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and their five sons.
